How we handle your information

Short version: we collect what you send us and a little about how you found us, use it to talk with you, keep it no longer than we need, and never sell it.

Who we are

Spectrum Technologies LLC is a media, workflow and AV/IT consulting company in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This policy covers spectrumtech.pro and the forms on it. Questions or requests: info@spectrumtech.pro.

What we collect

• When you send a note: your name, email, organization (optional) and message.
• When you book a call: your name, email, the time you picked and anything you tell us about the topic.
• How you found us: the page you landed on, the site that referred you, campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source), and whether you arrived from a Google or Meta ad. We store this with your note or booking so we know which outreach works.
• Bot protection: Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a real person is using our forms. To do that, Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic browser signals.
• Advertising measurement: we use the Google Ads tag and the Meta Pixel to learn whether our ads lead to notes and bookings. These use cookies or similar technology, and Google and Meta receive information such as your IP address, browser details and the fact that you submitted a form. To match a note or booking to an ad click, we also send them your email address in hashed form (scrambled one way, so the address itself isn't shared). We don't send them your message.

We don't ask for payment details, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

How we use it

• To reply to you, schedule and hold the call you booked, and follow up about the work you asked about.
• To keep a simple record of our conversations with you.
• To measure and improve our advertising and outreach.
• To keep our forms free of spam and abuse.

We don't sell your information or share it for others to market to you.

Who handles it

• Cloudflare hosts this site, runs the bot check and delivers our email notices.
• Google and Meta receive advertising measurement data as described above, under their own privacy policies.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
• Your notes, bookings and our email live on systems we operate ourselves: our calendar, our customer records and our mail server.

How long we keep it

• If we stop hearing from each other for 90 days, we close the conversation. Closed records are deleted 24 months after our last contact.
• Spam and junk submissions are deleted within 30 days.
• If you ask us not to contact you, we keep your email address on a do-not-contact list so we can honor that request.
• If you become a client, we keep the records our contract, taxes and accounting require.

Your choices

• Email info@spectrumtech.pro to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop hearing from us. We reply within one business day and act within 30 days.
• Every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link.
• Limit ad personalization at Google My Ad Center and in Meta Ad Preferences, or block third-party cookies in your browser.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
